Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the zCasino platform, including the website, mobile interface, and all services offered therein ("Platform"). By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. zCasino is operated by zCasino Ltd, licensed by Curaçao eGaming under licence number 8048/JAZ. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to register an account. 2.2 You must not be a resident of a Restricted Territory. Restricted Territories include the United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Netherlands, and any country where online gambling is prohibited by law. This list may be updated without notice. 2.3 You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Each person may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension. 3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 3.3 You must notify us immediately at support@zcasino.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. 3.4 We reserve the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions.

4.1 Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. 4.2 Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts in your name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited. 4.3 We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence, including requesting source of funds documentation, before processing withdrawals. 4.4 Declined withdrawal requests may indicate an outstanding wagering requirement, incomplete KYC, or an AML review. You will be notified of the reason.

5.1 All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion. General bonus terms apply where specific terms are silent. 5.2 Wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Details of wagering requirements are shown at the time of bonus issuance. 5.3 We reserve the right to void bonuses and related winnings if we detect abuse, including creating multiple accounts, collusion, or exploiting software errors. 5.4 Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address, and device.

6.1 All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by approved testing laboratories. 6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, the affected game round is voided and the wager returned. We are not responsible for bets placed during a system error. 6.3 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds. Individual results will vary.

You must not: a) Use any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform; b) Exploit software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities; c) Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks; d) Launder money or facilitate illegal activities; e) Use the Platform if you are a self-excluded player; f) Conduct any activity that disrupts the integrity of the Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and referral to law enforcement.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to graphics, text, game software, logos, and user interface elements, is owned by or licensed to zCasino Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zCasino Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 9.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. 9.3 We make no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or business reasons. In the event of termination for cause, any balance may be forfeited. In all other cases, your balance will be returned to you after standard verification checks.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Curaçao Arbitration Institute. Notwithstanding this, we are subject to the oversight of Curaçao eGaming for regulatory complaints.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
